What is Nice STEMs?
Nice STEMs is a blog written by Jennifer and Laura, both mechanical engineering students. The blog's name is a play on the slang use of the word "stems" to describe a woman's legs coupled with the educational definition of the word referring to majors in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
Jennifer is...thinking up something to put here.
Laura is finally pursuing her inclination to return to college after a 10 year hiatus and finally get her BS degree in MechE. She previously went to an overpriced tech school for automotive technology and has worked in dealers as everything from a salesperson to parts counter to lube tech. She figures she's pretty much pursued every other career she was interested in and it's time to learn how to engineer cars instead of just working on them.
